What to expect

Process automation investments remain steady year-over-year, even during an economic downturn. Yet process complexity, lack of control, and legacy technology prevent organizations from achieving their optimal state of process automation and orchestration maturity.

Our panel analyzes key findings from this year’s State of Process Orchestration Report, which surveyed 866 IT professionals across the United States and Europe. They will highlight the changes from 2023 to 2024, the significance automation has when it comes to business growth, and where the majority of automation challenges lie.

As our panelists walk through the ever-evolving process orchestration landscape, they discuss:

  • How to work towards process orchestration maturity (this is the first year where we dive into this topic in the report!) by thinking beyond automating single processes toward strategic, scaled, end-to-end automation
  • Fostering successful collaboration across automation stakeholders
  • Breaking down automation roadblocks
  • Simplifying complex processes
