In partnership with CapBPM, they built an intelligent orchestration solution that guides every prospective resident from initial interest through move-in day, with full visibility and control at every stage.

The result is a platform that reduces operational friction, improves compliance, increases throughput, and ensures every move-in is consistently executed.

At the heart of the solution is Camunda's Agentic AI Connectors, working alongside MCP servers hosted in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore as the central orchestrator. Staff can ask natural language questions like "Does John need transportation?" or "Does Susan require a diabetic diet?" and get answers pulled directly from the appropriate source of truth, with Camunda governing the end-to-end execution across integrated CRM and internal systems.
