For nearly a decade we have invested in building platforms around Camunda Platform and recently Camunda Cloud to support automation and orchestration requirements at Goldman Sachs. We will present some complex client use cases, the challenges they present, how we approached solving for them, and how we have evolved our platform designs accordingly to scale across the enterprise.

Javier Sabino, Core Engineering solutions, Goldman Sachs Javier has over 20 years of experience working in software engineering and systems architecture. Starting his career with T-Systems Barcelona, he moved over to the financial industry in 2005. Currently, he is a part of the team at Goldman Sachs where he has served in various departments including Investment Banking Division, Enterprise Platform (High Impact Projects), Research and now Core Engineering – Digitization and Workflow. In 2019, he relocated to New York where he is currently focused on the construction of a new Firm Wide Platform for Microservices Orchestration based on Camunda Cloud and the cloudification strategy of all Core Workflow services that serve all Goldman Sachs users. |
