This talk is meant to be a story about our journey with process automation at HDI insurance.
I won’t only cover best practices, but also give real world scenarios in which BPMN and Camunda's toolstack helped us a lot.

 Uwe Koch, Enterprise Architect and Computer Scientist, HDI AG

Computer scientist, Uwe Koch, has been working for almost 20 years with technical middleware frameworks, service architectures, and infrastrucure systems. Uwe has also been heavily involved in the associated design, development and production processes of these.

For nine years he has been working as an enterprise architect at HDI AG, which belongs to Talanx group, that is one of Germany's and Europes major insurance groups. When he joined HDI, he started his journey into the world of process automation long before today's digitalization began.
