Peter Markom is responsible for End2End Automation in T-Systems ALPINE region (comprising Austria and Switzerland), focusing on the automation of delivery processes of an enterprise class IT service provider. His team created the Service Automation Platform (powered by Camunda) to allow an agile approach to process automation. He draws on 20+ years of IT outsourcing experience, most of it in cross-domain architectural roles.
