After many years at Xerox as a Technical Project Manager on their XOS Continuous Improvement program team, Jonathan worked as a Business Process Analyst for various organizations. Currently, Jonathan is the Chief Process Engineer at Urban Tech Hero, helping clarify and automate business processes. Jonathan has a B.S. in Computer Science, and has various quality and project management certifications, including LSSGB, ASQ Certified Quality Technician, Certified Quality Analyst, PMI CAPM, and Certified Scrum Master.
