Over the past 13 years I’ve been working at CERN in the Business Computing group. Starting from a junior project associate and gradually becoming a senior staff software engineer. In the past few years my role is to guide the team on our journey to upgrade our flagship electronic document handling system that has more than 20 years of legacy. As the first step of this big upgrade, we started using Camunda to orchestrate all the processes that happen within the application.
