James Holt is the Camunda Platform & COE Lead at Natwest Bank plc, with over 20 years experience in Banking and Financial Services Technology. James has lead the Natwest Camunda delivery team since 2019 and more recently taken on responsibility for the Camunda COE. James has over seen the significant growth of the COE and Camunda utilisation within Natwest over the last 3 years, while also growing the self-service and assisted delivery capability across their current and new customers.

Felix Carrier

Sr. Process Automation Designer, National Bank of Canada

Felix is a Senior Process Automation Designer at National Bank of Canada. Since August 2021, he has been involved in creating both a Camunda Center of Excellence and a BPM community within National Bank. Prior to that, he worked at the bank's innovation lab and as a data scientist. Felix holds a M.Sc. in Operational Research from the London School of Economics and is a Certified Solution Architect (Associate) on AWS. He is based in Montreal.

Having an interdisciplinary background in B2B management, communications, software as a service (SaaS) and enterprise software, he is especially passionate about the strategic and organizational methods of scaling process automation across the enterprise. Leon lives in the heart of Berlin, Germany, together with his wife and their dog "Fluxus".
