 The mastermind behind some of Camunda’s biggest technological developments, Chief Technology Officer Daniel joined us in 2010, serving first as a developer and consultant – coaching companies in BPM technology. He holds an MSc in Computer Science and is responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of Camunda’s industry-leading products, as well as a sought-after speaker at technology events.

### Bernd Ruecker

Co-Founder & Chief Technologist, Camunda

I am a software developer at heart who has been innovating process automation and contributing to various open-source workflow engines for more than a decade now. I’m further the Co-Founder and Chief Technologist of Camunda as well as author of “Practical Process Automation” and co-author of “Real-Life BPMN”.

### Mo Ladha

VP of Product Management, Camunda

 Mo is an experienced product management leader, having worked in tech giants like Microsoft and Amazon, as well as scale-ups and early-stage startups. He excels in driving product strategy across diverse platforms, including Skype, Amazon's Alexa, Alfresco, and Microsoft's AI bots. With a background in C++ engineering, Mo gravitates towards platform-based products that fuel innovation.  
Currently serving as the VP of PM at Camunda, Mo's enthusiasm lies in spearheading the next generation of orchestration solutions. His mission is to empower teams to realize value swiftly and enable organizations to effectively scale up their operations by automating any business problem. Mo's commitment to driving forward-thinking solutions embodies his friendly and innovative approach to
