I started my IT career in 1988 as a software developer and have since held various roles, including lead developer, software designer, IT architect, and project and program manager, across multiple companies. Since 7 years I am working for the Dutch Tax Administration as a program manager and team lead for a BPM competence center with a focus on high volume transaction systems.
